Processing time

Signed copies and the Cursed Shadow Collector’s Box are signed, packed and prepared by hand. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before your order ships.

Apparel is printed to order and usually ships within 1–2 weeks.

Processing time does not include shipping time. If your order includes items with different processing times, it ships together once everything is ready.

Shipping

Shipping is a single flat charge per order, shown before you pay:

• Signed copies of Fade With Me and Fade With You, and the Cursed Shadow Collector’s Box: free shipping.
• Prince of Noctis: $5.95.
• Apparel and Prince of Noctis extras: $5.95, or free on orders over $100.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment within the United States, depending on your location and carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren’t responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

International orders

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Available countries are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Returns & exchanges

Signed and personalized books are made especially for you, so all sales are final and they can’t be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items: if anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Apparel may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process them.

Cancellations & changes

You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. Once signing, personalization or printing has begun, we may not be able to make changes.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law, based on your shipping address.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and stay in touch: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

If you join the Faceless Circle newsletter, we use your name and email to send updates about new releases, exclusive content and behind-the-scenes news. Your email is safe with us, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store — such as payment, shipping and email providers — and only for that purpose. The site may use essential cookies to keep your cart working.

To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, contact us.

Terms of sale

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Items such as the Cursed Shadow Collector’s Box are available in limited quantities while supplies last.

We do our best to show products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and apparel images are digital mockups. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
